Thank you for being here, fellow Earth travelers❤
Yesterday, I remembered this key perspective toward seeing myself. In a meditation, I met my inner teenager yesterday, and my heart cried for the pain she endured alone, and having felt so deeply alone, unworthy, and unseen. When you truly see yourself genuinely, your heart will hurt for the pain you endured alone. This is how you know that you are truly coming from a genuine place in your heart - rather than judging your actions or judging your pain, you cry together with yourself, hugging this inner part of yourself that suffered alone.

Your videos always seem to find me at the right time. I haven't been feeling positive about myself lately so I really needed to hear this again. I do sometimes treat myself kindly and attempt to give myself unconditional love. However it becomes so difficult when you see constant reminders of my own inadequacies. Sometimes it even makes me feel selfish, like if I picked myself up and was just a better person I could improve the lives of people I care about. How can I give myself that love when so many people around me are hurting. Its tough but i'm trying really hard. Really appreciate you sharing as always! Hope you're doing well!
