Nope it's usually included in the overall when you book through booking.com, skyscanner and other hotel search sites. AirBNB there is a cleaning fee you need to look out for when you book.
I love the complementary PJs you can sometimes get in hotels. Often they are a bit tight for me. I dunno if that says something about me or he sizes in Japan 😂

Haha no, Tina took them back to our apartment in Osaka. Kids weren't allowed.
