13:20 A little mid-century sideboard would be GORGE here! Right where the white vase is. Excellent opportunity for additional storage and you could put either a shelf or art above it. I like how you've decorated the apartment. Well done!
Also check out magnetic shelves on Amazon!! I use them in my tiny apartment for the sides of my fridge and washer/dryer!! They have heavy duty ones and I put all of my stain removers/mobs/swiffers on it

You have nothing to apologize for, as you said it works for you. That cupboard in the wall in the bathroom makes the perfect makeup vanity, what a great idea. Lovely apartment, thanks for sharing. I'm not brooke but 3 days no reply. I worked in luxury building and live in a none luxury building lol. So luxury depending on the type you choose feels like living on a resort! but you are always watched with a lot of rules so you have to be in line! it's very expensive but worth it if you have the money to spare monthly! apart from rent you'll have to pay for pets and parking and your own utilities. you can get a modern apartment that's not considered luxury that's mid pricing but you get a washer and dryer in unit and stainless steel with updated floors etc. no gym and pool if you're trying to save for a house but still want to live in something nice i would go for mid range.
