    Very helpful!!!!! 👍
    Ok ,now I need to find a neighbor to do this test on me. I bought inline skates and went 7 days on a row , gained good experience ,and good pain in both legs ,on the fibula head. If I squat I have pain on both legs , around the fibula head. But if I squat and I press the knees out/ rotate out , it doesn't give me pain.

      Hey, what was the reason you had pain in your knee? I also recently started having pain in my fibula head.

      @@wshp5783 Hi. I suspect it was the T stop. But the pain went away after a short period of time so im okay.

    Does the LCL cause a weakness in the squat after 90 degree? I can't find any video that relates to my symptom. It feels like giving away and it's painful on the way down, but not on the way up.

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No I wouldn’t suggest that the LCL would cause a weakness in squatting … but I would certainly suggest having it assessed by someone properly if you are unsure

    Hi, I think I may have a lcl sprain however I do go to work and perform modified duties. Does this prevent the ligament to heal?

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Not it shouldn't prevent the ligament from healing as long as you are not constantly overloading it or challenging stability heavily. But please do seek advice local to you as we cannot give out Clinical advice over messaging 😊

      @@ClinicalPhysio thankyou. I’m 24 yrs old had a total meniscectomy on my right knee (lateral meniscus) weighing at 255lbs. I feel a slight pain on my medial side, is this a sign that it’s not worth it and to get a meniscus transplant instead?

    This is a joke, right?
    Last time I had my knees done like that... over 20 years ago, I STILL walk with a frickin' limp and pain. Thanks for trying though.... dang, back, knees, and, ankles have more clicks and pops than a vinyl record.
