Thank you, Cami. I had no idea when I started how many variables would affect the glow. I was so happy when I found out it glowed brighter with the sticky base coat on top. 😊

Glad you liked the video Lisa. 😊 yeah I thought that was weird too about the top coats. I am glad I tested the sticky base, thar made it brighter.
