When u watch it use ur metatrader 4 and spot out the candle sticks in any currency pair of your choice and it will help you much quicker
Tried a bunch of times listening in sleep so have to catch up with my subconscious that knows it very well [Cues interlude music between Japanese candlesticks Chapter screens]
Take notes and listen carefully it really helps you memorize I filled four pages of info and examples of candlestick movement, I haven't re-watched it because if I see the pattern in the market I can spot it easily or just look over my notes to recall the name of the movement.

Great tips, trading is supposed to be boring indeed. Just make your plan and execute upon it and a big part is on when to take profit and even more important is when to cut that loss. Stop loss is even more important. I personally don't trade Forex but it's kinda the same with Crypto trading
