Andrew, KONE Ecodisc lifts always open their doors before they stop (pre-doors) This is why they have "bad levelling"

The only difference between european and american ecodisc are the floors numbers are placed on the button and not at the side

I think KONE is Either a Danish or Swedish company.... or they might be from Finland, not sure.

Finnish. KONE uses that diamond symbol as an arrow on most of their newer lifts.
