duke 390 2021 (bs6) ka handle bar weights ka bichh wala weight lagao (2weights hote usme each sides), toh aap bich wala chota weight laga k mirror lagaoge toh kaam banjayega.

The road you're trying to check top speed on isn't good,like there's uphill patches,low grade tarmac,not properly banked and most importantly as you said the weight on the bike as well as the wind blast,make a separate video either on an express way or a closed highway it'll surely hit 165+
