Bruce Lee was More than an Actor. He was an Martial Artist. He is the founder of what you call today MMA. He was the one who said that Martial Artist must not focus on one thing or style. That you have to be all round...He never proclaimed that he s the one and only Master. Instead of that he trained with many other masters. About real fighting. Bruce Lee was challenged many times on the film set ( Big Boss, Enter the Dragon..that was after he fought many many times on the roof of buildings.

I just want to bring out a point - Mr. Bruce Lee die in 1973, and that is more then 35 years ago but today people are still talking about him. Regardless of what we may think, I think we all can agree on is Bruce Lee made a positive contribution to the martial art in the 20th centry and no one has come close after him.
Well, the true martial artist is an enlightened being whose life energies integrally interpenetrate with the world matrix, increasing awareness and sensitivity. This is T'ai Chi's true though often misunderstood martial purpose. Bruce understood this and embodied it. Quickness, agility and capability! I'm sure Bruce could hold his own in a real conflict. Respectfully.

He had to fight, more than once, the best the Chinese society of SF had to offer, in order to keep teaching. He was a phenom artist who unfortunately died of a reaction to an aspirin additive. for the guy who say bruce is not invincible, hes the best 'period' best at speed power and technique, name one guy who can match his ability even the grestest pound 4 pound boxer sugar ray len pay homage to bruce, who the heck are you to judge him..true, a big guy will beat a small smaller guy if they're the same skilled, but bruce was way above anyone today, even.
@linba12345678 I read a book which mentioned Bruce Lees trainning, it seemed like that he was not very powerful when punching the sandbag in the video, however, the matter of fact was that the content of the bag was iron sand, which means he was punching through metal... thats extraordinary.

我看了許多網上流傳的武術和武打視頻﹐太多是李小龍之流﹐甚至還有更不入流的﹐只有少數幾個師傅的視頻才是真章。我曾讀過一個大師的文章﹐寫到武術最基本是要練出聽勁﹐若沒有練出聽勁的功力﹐花拳秀腿再快再厲害也只有挨打的份。高手比武﹐只需一個回合就分出勝負﹐所比的就是看誰的聽勁更勝一籌。我始終認為武術的作用是以養身自衛和保家衛國為主﹐學武的目的當然不是用來打人﹐學武之人若不懂這個膚淺的道理﹐其下場多半是自己打死自己或被他人打死。
我寫這段不是回覆那位抄襲別人字句的某位。
我是寫給看這個視頻的所有武術愛好者。大家共勉之。

李小龍至今還是武術界推崇的第一高人.並不是浪得虛名的.他不只有力道 有速度 還有知識.大部份習武的都只是用自己所學去對決其它武術.李小龍曾花不少時間去研究各種武術的優缺點跟弱點..並加以運用跟融會.所以他並不排斥其它武術或派別.他認為武術是可以相通的.只是要看如何組合運用得宜.不過他自己在美國受訪時也曾說過.就算再怎麼強."砰"一槍下去也是弊命.不是嗎?這句話值得所有習武愛武的人勞記...
以如此快的速度出招，卻能做到點到為止，這真的很厲害！！

李小龍可以話係已知架一個把中國功夫練到極致架武術大師 佢無論腿力 指力都近乎已知架人體架極限 試過練習時把練習對象連人帶沙包踢落遊泳池 亦試過用手指戳穿汽水罐同玻璃樽
體格上因為先天性架因素而未必可以同鬼佬鏈 但佢肌肉結實程度就連西方健身教練都大讚 話好少有人可以練到"聖誕樹"架身型(以當時來說)

後段踢沙包的, 我只覺得並不是在練習, 而是在遊戲, 即是不是在認真的, 大家過份研究, 只會傷心又傷身, 這是李小龍生活的一些點滴, 哪些是認真, 哪些是遊戲, 只有李小龍本人才能知道.

我認為要看他的目的是做局部性的打擊，或是為將目標造成位移為目的，兩者要用的力道不徑相同，只要使用時機拿捏得當，沒有所謂那個好哪個不好的問題！
