I made a beautiful character too. Bioware games have never been the easiest to use in this regard (it's a lot easier to accidentally make a weird character and default characters are never that good) but simply due to the level of control they give you, Bioware games do allow you to make breathtaking characters. (This has been true since the first Mass Effect.)
@themostbestwizard I compeletely agree with you... i remember my first female elf who looked like an alien at first and i spent too much time on her to make her more... elven? According to lore they are supposed to be beautiful meanwhile you spend sometime to make your character unique but the character becomes an abomination in 2 min regardless
