Siya yung tipo ng spiker na "sige angat mo lang ako na bahala" grabe yung talon at yung utak alam niya kung kailan gagamitin yung lakas at utak❤️ bata pa kasi ako nung panahon ng svl at grabe ang pagiging dominant ng army sa svl kaya kahit bata ako nun army bet kong team😊 Uaap season 75 ako nagsimula manood ng volleyball skl hahahahaha

Michelle Carolino was never the strongest hitter nor the highest jumper but when we talk about consistency and variety of techniques in scoring, she is right up there with the best of them.
From serving to spiking, bihirang nagkakamali yang si Michelle during her prime and when you set the ball to her, she'd always find a way to score and end the rally. Kahit anong pangit ng set, nagagawan nya ng paraan para maka-score parin instead of committing an error. She is that smart; A prized quality in an open spiker. And when you pair her with an equally smart and wily setter, you potentially have a Championship calibre team.
Very high percentage player, Michelle Carolino. She also has that reassuring quiet confidence that you'd love as her teammate. She remains in control even in the toughest situations because she has won so many battles in the past. On top of all that, Michelle is very humble and a joy to be around. All coaches would love to have a player like that in his or her roster.
Kung naging maayos lang ang Volleyball Program ng Pilipinas noon at hindi winasak ng mga sakim na matatandang tao ng gobyerno, Michelle would have been an international legend like Wilavan Apinyapong of Thailand who plays like her.

Michelle and Mayeth Carolino both played in San Juan De Letran College during collegiate years. In Shakeys v league season 1 first conference they both played as guest player of DLSU

Di tulad ng ibang players puro swag sa kapwa Pinoy. Pero nung kinalaban ang Thailand at Vietnam di man lng makapuntos

Yes. Napanood ko po sya ng live noon and DLSU pa sya guest player noon. Free lang kasi manood noon sa Shakey's Vleague kapag elimination round and walking distance lang kasi ako kaya lage kami nanonood ng ninong ko

most sought after video clips talaga yung nag guest player si Michelle sa DLSU during the early years ng Shakey's VLeague. kaso ni isang video clip sa buong youtube wala akong makita. itong mga clips sa video na ito nasa prime years na sya, medyo mabigat na sya...but during her peak years...talagang Air Carolino sya.
Prime means peak. They are the same thing. You should've used the term past prime or decline.
@@Somm_RJ Nice to know your own opinion. You can have it for yourself though, thank you. My comment was referring to Carolino's level of athleticism, not with separate book definition. Don't get confused with the two words. They are close but not quite. Peak, in sports term is when an athlete is at his or her best athletic years both physically and skill-wise. Prime, however can be broken down in 2 separate points. Athletic prime refers to the physical level of the athlete while competitive prime refers to the level of the skills maturity even though the physical level is no longer at the highest point. Prime is immediately after those peak years when the athlete's performance is closed to his or her peak years but no longer in the utmost level in either physical and skill-wise levels. Now, going back to this video, Peak Carolino, in my opinion was when she played as the Guest player of DLSU in that Vleague season(she was just dominant), while Prime Carolino is somewhat when she played with UST. In those later seasons, her maturity in the sport was still there, but physically, she was a bit heavier, therefore, not is her Peak Form. hope this light a spark.

Basically they are the same but if you really want to separate both, peak is the single best season in terms of skills and athleticism, while prime is multiple seasons, hence the word prime years.

Peak= physical top + skill-wise top
(when you have both, you are at the best years of your athletic life = PEAK)
Prime=(right after that Peak years)
1. Athletic prime= Physical top + lesser skill wise top
2. Competitive prime= lesser Physical top + skill-wise top.
(When you don't have both in Highest level then you are already at your PRIME)
Peak Carolino = DLSU times
Prime Carolino = UST times
when i said Peak Carolino, she was at her top form both physically and skill-wise.
when i said Prime Carolino, she was at her lesser physical top form (a bit heavier) but still with skill-wise top form (game IQ, skill maturity still utmost level)
