For the biggest tnt explosion- (Only On Java Or with a Behaveuor pack in bedrock) You can use commands to summon primed tnt and edit the (Blast power) And (Blast radius) So the largest explosion can be made with 1 tnt. This also does cut down on lag becase it is only one entity.
Hey don't forget rendering of blocks after explosion. If you set blast power and radius suppose 9999 then it would be powerful explosion using 1 tnt but it should indeed create a lag . Correct me if i am wrong .
