The 4th Infantry Division Army Band at Fort Carson, Colorado

The 4th Infantry Division Band is located on Fort Carson and performs in the community of Colorado Springs and the surrounding area.
The band includes a concert and marching band, a brass band, a jazz combo, a woodwind quintet, a rock band, and several other ensembles.
Soldier-musicians in army bands must meet all requirements for enlistment in the U.S. Army.
Once mustered they must complete basic training designed to impart basic soldierly skills and Advanced Individual Training at the Army School of Music on Norfolk, Virginia.
Each music performance team has its own unique style and performs a variety of musical genres for audiences both on and off the military installation.
The musicians of the 4th Infantry Division are proud to bear the Ivy Leaves of the 4th Infantry Division and to support the soldiers, families, and surrounding community in Colorado Springs through music and ceremonial tradition.
