Front Wrist Spin Transition

A brief tutorial on a quick same-hand transition from a wrist spin similar to a bo-staff. I apologize for the low volume of the audio.

Very nice, i normally do transition from back WR across reverse syncopated WR, but this is really interresting and it makes very interresting ilusion - da faq why is the chuck in this arm when he transited it to the other!? :D
