Sir, Indian Land Titling bill was to be enacted, prior to discussion would be debated in bothLokasabha and Rajyasabha , should be passed in turn for submission to president of India for consent onwards transmission to publication in official gazette, this buisness is to be taken by parliament.prior to it, trespassing is a crime under India penal code,if land Titling Act are effected, assigned lands and patta lands who are having possession over government lands assigned and patta lands would be objection one.state government would be taken over the transfer of assigned lands prohibition act,1977 .By public revolution flares up and induced for agitation against central and state governments over India.first starting is beginning from Andhrapradesh to.make lead for bringing out over India.This issue can be filled in court of law.It acts against sovereignity.
