Jesus Christ I guess what he means is consistency. I've seen EX Pugera in tourneys and he can get the vortex down pat with loads of variations to boot. Other lesser Ibuki players will only live off one vortex but if it gets defended and they eat combos, they can't find another way to get in.
If you look at that LPN match with Strider, Strider was starting combos with Low jabs constantly, almost spamming. I believe LPN was waiting to use this to gain an advantage. I saw Strider get hit with wake up roundhouse at least two - three other times in the match. It was not random.
