Not screaming is actually massive. So many killer perks make you scream and Calm Spirit is detrimental with its permanent debuffs. It’s not the greatest perk, but also not completely trash.
Yeah as a jake park main im just disappointed that they gave him such bad perks yet give paid characters the same perks with no downsides….
@@RaidenKunii Calm spirit used to be a mandatory perk when DBD first came out since every single killer ran Spies from the shadows, since using that and the old notification with crows was so OP

hardened works like calm spirit, it's not just madness screams, or ultimate weapon scream for example, it's ANY scream. Getting hit counts as a scream, or getting downed, hooked. so when you get hit you see the killer's aura. I do agree it should at least be longer though

@BlitzoTheClown1 calm spirit but you have to go our of your way to get it. I hope calm spirit gets buffed after this because it basically serves no purpose now other then preventing crows from flying away, and there's also the 30% slowdown on chest/totems
@FBD_WalterClements71 if calm spirit is not seeing use then this perk will definitely not see use. This perk is terrible and should honestly be reworked

What if you run both Calm Spirit and Hardened?
I can honestly see specialist being in the same tier as something like spinechill or botany, it's not ESSENTIAL, but *DAMN* if it isn't good to have on hand.

2:05 swf can generate 11 chests, with 4 brand new party it reduces 84% of a gen. This will be too strong for swf ... 12% x 3 = 36% + 8% = 44% + 4 x brand new park 40% = 84%. Could you test it for us?
Dude if they're spending that much time opening chests and looking for almost every totem on the map to cleanse than it should be an easy win for you, they're doing all that for 1 gen, but innsaying that, I want to see it in action too
Oh no, too strong for a swf... while running four terrible offerings, and opening 11 chests which overall takes longer than just doing a full gen 🤣🤣
Specialist also works with rummaging, so there is another niche. Better just run hyperfocus tho or a bnp

can you not pair “hardened”with “scene partner” (nicolas cage perk)?
You can't, you need to scream to activate scene partner and hardened doesnt make you scream so no scene partner
@@Trashcanvance While it is true that you can't trigger scene partner due to lack of screaming, the perk says it stops any form of screaming. So does the spaghetti code allow you to suppress the scream indefinitely and see the killer's aura the entire time you look at them, or did they add an exception to prevent that interaction? (I'm going to assume it's the latter as suppressing Scene Partner's scream to gain aura reading is too powerful)

At least the vault perk is super valid and will give players like me (with an average ping of +70) to at least make vaults that i'm guaranted to not get hit without relying on my ping

New killer perk idea:
Whenever you pick up survivors, their wiggle progress is paused for 3 sec.
Very weak perk, honestly, needs a buff. We already have iron grasp, agitation

For second perk activation is to complicated most of players with this perk forgot about "fixing gens "only focus on this perk to enable it.
