D.A.'s Argue Their Witness Lied Under Oath. What??!?!

Kate Molina and Todd Jackson now try to argue they put on an untruthful witness during trial, but without telling the defense or the judge. Did these Multnomah County District Attorneys hide discoverable evidence, or did they put on a witness who lied on the stand? Either one appears to be a violation of their rules of conduct they are sworn to abide by. Here's the latest on Katharine Molina and Todd Tomita Jackson.

If you go to my main channel page you'll see the multi cam video of the incident. It was several people coming at me, I was backing away slowly, like you would around an aggressive dog. I'm not going to turn my back to hostile threats and attempt to outrun them with bad knees and being weighed down by my camera gear and supplies in my backback.

Kerensa wasn't the one arrested for attacking me. I was the one arrested and charged with 21 counts for NOT letting Kerensa and his gang to beat me to a pulp. Benjamin Kerensa and his violent gang are considered the innocent victims.
