Life is Bipolar. Filled with crazy highs and lows. But make sure you give it its medication on the regular and be patient with it and you'll be proud.

The problem is you can't learn to be truely positive unless you've been in the darkest pit.
Trust me. I been there. If I hadn't learned from the worst then I wouldn't have learned to make the best of it all. So the "stay positive" line is like saying "Avoid learning from the worst" in a way.
Try not to wallow, some people say. Maybe people have too to learn though. Just need to give people a good kick up the ass when they do. Which brings us to the complication. If you never have anyone kicking you up the ass, then how can people learn?
Pretty speeches won't change the fact that people are fragile. But who WANTS to be treated like they're fragile? Anyone that says yes to that is honest enough to know their flaws. Anyone saying they're not fragile is either lying, or wants to be treated like shit. Which can be a great thing btw. I enjoy being a target.
Some of these vids go "Keep going and stay hopeful". Other vids go "I'm a monster and we're the same". You can have your cake and eat it too. But there seems to be a missing link between these two. I don't hear "flaws" or "Weakness" enough. Instead, I hear some of the vids saying to be cold and detached. Even in those hopeful speeches. What's the point if you're hollow?
Let go of the crutches. All of them. Let the worst happen. What does this teach people? To adapt to the worst is what. The vids are basically trying go "It's about the adaptation concept".
Learn to make the best from the worst and what's stopping you after that? This is what people so often try to avoid.
