I can't find the artist but I believe this is fan art of Pyo Wol from Reaper of the Drifting Moon. Mainly because the eye brows and locks of hair are similar.

Что значит термин "Змеиные Глаза" в науке, мифологии, фольклоре и лингвистике? Зло, обман. На канале выкладывается виде с названием о "Зле обмане" по сути, с посылом что это круто. Не само зло или обман. Но стилистика и тематика. "Snake Eyes" все хоть немного образованные люди знают что означает. очевидно расчитывает автор, если сам не такой же необразованный и глупый - что глупые зрители канала, просто начнут смотреть на образ зла и обмана как не зло и обман а что-то неоднозначное. Потому что иначе обьяснение тому почему видео называется так ( с прямо термином описывающим зло и обман) только то, что автор канала необразованый совсем.
Можете со мной спорить, говоря что я конспиролог. Но по сути я просто назвал автора канала необразованым дураком. Потому что самый очевидный вариант - что это просто видео про рисунок. Но тогда автор дурак, раз не знает терминов извесных всем. А если автор не дурак - то дураки вы, потому что вас убедили что демоны не злые, зло не злое, термин описывающий обман в науке - обман не описывает.
