The problem with Procrastination is not only does it effect you filling your achievement glass, hitting goals / targets in the short run (ie ill do it tomorrow / it can wait to tomorrow, it will still be there tomorrow etc), what it does do is add a few more drops into the regret glass and that's the problem with Procrastination, regret. Its so easy to think you'll have another chance and another day, week, month year etc (assuming you get the chance that is!) You will get to a point in life were time is no longer a given / on your side to achieve everything you want to do or need to do and that's when you start to taste the effects of the regret glass. If something needs doing and it can be done, do it, if it needs time and planning do it, time and plan it. If you need to walk away but come back, do it. Just always aim to go one step forward because there will always be Procrastination to keep you two steps back!
