I did this exact thing prior to seeing this video. Just a few extra tips. You can spray paint the pipe to match the curtain clips. You can also pick up chain and hooks there at the hardware store and make tie backs for the curtains.

We just put a large gazebo on our back deck. I ordered the drop cloths and ring/clips from Amazon, and got the galvanized pipe from Lowes hardware. Can't wait to get them up! Thanks for your tutorial!
