congratulations on your PR and arrival. I just wanted to ask if you needed a transit visa for London Heathrow Airpot and also Schengen transit visa for Frankfurt. As these days people are denied boarding if not showed transit visa.
Hey Parul!! We travelled to Toronto via Frankfurt and London and we didn’t require transit visa for both cities. But, that was a month ago, don't know if there are any changes now.

I will highly recommend If you are moving permanent to another country never ever book connecting flight, Always take Direct flight even if it's costing you more, Or else you will face these challenges for sure.

Yes, It is mandatory. You have to give General Training Exam for PR.
