Poor guy. Don't tell him there is no use in the game for his awesome ship. Let him dream while he still can. Don't tell him that all the enemies are cut and paste and easy to beat with any turrets., don't. Please don't tell him that that ship won't fit on 75% of the games platforms and he'll be running from miles away to where he would have landed in a smaller ship. And finally, don't tell him that all the ships essentially look the same even though they are in different shapes because all the parts are the same. Dream on mighty engineer. Dream for the rest of us that no longer can.

One. More. Thing: This TRULY looks like a 'two-for-one' Outpost platform that can also serve as an Exploration Space Station, just placing autoturrets in each corner and one in the middle front and back would discourage ANY attempted spacer/Va'ruun/Ecliptic takover! Would love to see a version of this with a lot more cargo space to roleplay months or years of supplies to self-sustain the platform... Again THANK YOU for this video and keep on dreamin' lol
You know me! Still carryin' that torch :D That sounds like a really cool idea too. I opted for RP cargo rather than actual cargo containers, but there's no reason why the ship can't be fitted for multiple purposes tbh. It's a cool idea, but the HOP is now left behind several NG+s ago, so I am afraid the build will forever be there!
...This is crazy and brilliant - I LOVE it lol!! This truly does look like something built for long-term distant outpost exploration!! Just checked out your main page; you make the best ships! I'm really enjoying your role-playing ships, I think this is a great aspect of Starfield that doesn't get enough credit/attention/love... Thanks for the video!! P.S. - While being a 'floating platform' it's more vulnerable to attack, of course any group or corporation that uses one of these would contract out fighter ships or a frigate to accompany it to it's eventual destination... Cheers!
I finally did it! I build this. After all the patches they did that made me not want to play anymore. The only thing that had me came back were the mods. I was able to get all the parts in one spot and now have plenty of funds to do ship building. The only downfall is not being able to do all the achievements, whelp I rarely do anyway. Hopefully, I'll make a post on Steam.

It will be coming as a video at some point in the next few weeks! There should be a mod too, btw, that bypasses the achievement blocker allowing you to still get achievements even if you use mods and/or console commands.

Thanks to a few mods , my ship is absolutely unstoppable . It has an M-Class reactor that has 60 power . I don't like ladders so my ship is only one level high . Which means I have plenty of room for all the best weapons the game has . I think it looks pretty damn good because it looks like it's a lot bigger than it is thanks to structural parts . And because it's a lot smaller the most large C-Class and above ship's . The only ships in the game that are faster are the starboard guardian ship's . I'd like to think of my ship as more of something like Lamborghini would make if they're still around a couple hundred years from now . Low wide and fast , like an Italian sports car .
This is a great build. The only change I would make is aesthetics/ function. On the ‘shuttle’ you placed two weapons. Wouldn’t it be more accurate for the weapons to be port and starboard instead of top and starboard? But that is the only complaint.

There's a Deimos 3x1 Berth upstairs ;) EDIT: Whoops! I got the wrong build LOL! The HOP has a full 2x2 Nova Galactic Berth as well as an attached 2x1 Living Quarters next to it. I don't believe I went in there during the interior tour, my apologies!

Yes, lol, but I couldn't fit anymore equipment plates on my build due to the module limit 😅
