I really appreciate so much the service that you and other veterans have done so that I can enjoy my freedom. Thank you so very much. As far as exercising I would like some suggestions. I have chiari malformation. Which means besides the surgery to remove the bottom section of my brain and the wings off of several vertabra I have dizziness, a never ending migraine and I can't bend over or do things that change pressures in my head. I want to exercise so badly. I'm overweight by a lot and not only does my body hurt from it so does my self esteem. I live in Alaska so it's slick outside. Any suggestions? Our gas price for cheap unleaded is almost $5 a gallon.
