I never thought I would ever truly enjoy or appreciate operatic humor until I watched this production on HD streaming.
It's a delight, Polenzani and Yende are perfectly matched in their respective roles. Lovely voices complimented by wonderful acting.

One of the finest most lyrical renditions not least for the voices but the expressions, musical drama at its best! thanks for sharing--up there with Villazon/Netrebko Pavarotti/Battle etc...
