All that brutal death you mentioned is still widely available and is still being produced to this day, go listen to that. Unique Leader literally still releases death and brutal death, so I’m not sure what you’re on about.

Lmao, nah. Roadrunner only selects bands that make money. However, probably the same with this label more than likely... I think this label just signs talent when they see it. At least I hope so. This band just reminds me of hatebreed.

The music always comes first! We have to bring in other genres to reach as broad an audience as possible. Almost all metal heads start on a band that becomes a gateway to others. The bulk of our catalogue will ALWAYS be super heavy stuff but we love branching out. XAD are a perfect example of how to keep that classic early 90s Metal Sound current and fresh and we’re here for it!
