Another way to make Atum is with the red eyes, you can special him with the romulus or negate it with borrelend and pum, you have a level 6
As a Dragunity player, Atum is definitely one of the best Dragon supports out there. Thanks to Bystials, it's splashable too.

Atum into summon darkness metal and revive gae der :) I think that's a out the moment the opponent realizes this is snowballing lol
That or mystletin tribute seals and summon either seyvert to access bystials or your rokket engine
Craftymindz taught me dragunity and I think he's really nailed the optimal combo rather than crystal wing on the 5th summon even though if u stop the maxx c you probably don't have to respect nib as if it was run at 3
I was messing with the hieratic cards and atum a few days ago and decided to build a d link deck before the announcement lol. Definitely a hit to the consistency but going to try some of these suggestions you gave, thanks

Definitely think playing the deck more mid range is the way to go, going for the same end boards we used to end on with chaos ruler burns a lot of cards and usually it affects the follow up
You forgot about accel synchro stardust dragon it is a great summon off of gamma and good replacement for chaos ruler as a level 8 synchro

I Just added a small dragunity engine instead of the the baby dragons and chaos space and i can summon crystal wing before going full combo or i can use remus to go full combo if i bricked.

Yes i was running that before bystials came out. Its super consistent
I tried that engine and I just don't like it personally. It's pretty good though.
@@MasterDuelCentralthe only problem i had on running dragunity is it takes a lot of space in the ED and youll also add bricks on the main by running 2 ravine and the winged beast monsters
Yeah, D-Link is definitely taken down a peg or two. Maybe, I’ll play it w/ Buster Blader or include rose dragons? Idk. D-Link is not my main focus, but I’ll figure something out.
I enjoyed running it with rose dragons, felt powerful. opening roxrose is full combo, red rose is good for the rom effect, white rose is a good extension
Pretty happy tbh, though the deck was probably always going to fall off slightly as we enter the year of fire meta
I’m just playing more extenders and more Rokkets. Drawing a Rokket and Abso is full combo, Rokket and Nocto, Rokket and a Bystial. Gotta give Dill another shot and add a 3rd Striker because we have space for it, the plays are still there. The real Dlink pilots will succeed. We made crazy boards when we didn’t draw into Chaos Space or babies, or get a good mill with Ruler. We will continue. There have always been several ways to play and it still remains. World Legacy, Dragonmaid package, more Rokkets/extenders. Just more interruptible like you mentioned, gotta play smart

I play a red eyes focused Dlink (borrelend + 2 flare metal is my goal board) and I swapped in some rose dragon cards to replace the chaos engine, it worked out pretty nicely last night. Made it easier to set up dis pater and savage

By using Remus in dragon link my end board was borrelend, borrel savage, dis pater, void ogre, branded beast, borrel furious looping borrel furious back with dis pater effect

@@MasterDuelCentral u can just add 3 remus 1 legatus 1 phalanx and that's full combo without using a normal summon. If they don't stop you then it creates the same board as dragon links essentially but without borrelend

A Crusadia package with Draco x3, maybe Arboria x3, Magius x1, and Regulus x, Spatha x1, takes up a lot of space but will let you do a 1 card borrelend.

You could pop the regained with tracer and save the field spell for follow up since you had beast to bring it back in the end phase

I've been playing this deck for years. There are so many different variations of this deck it's crazy. There's rose dragon, dragunity, chaos,, etc. That's why this deck is still around in paper topping tournaments and in Masterduel. They hurt 1 engine 😂. There are several more. This deck is still one the most consistent decks ever in YU-GI-OH. And with each new dragon card, Because they're always gonna be new dragon cards, this deck is always gonna be around. This deck is still Top Tier 😂. Everyone saying RIP, jus don't know. The banlist didn't hurt this deck at all. 💯

Chaos pend links is a thing and darkwurm just fits nicely into your plays - acting as a 1 card scale for 1-4 darks. Especially in that go second duel where you didn't have any more plays due to how reliant you were on specials. Anyway just food for thought.
There is also a odd eyes version but that is my thing so won't share xd

Its wild that they hit Dlink this hard, but left Vanquish and Branded as is. DLink was barely holding onto tier 3 status before this banlist, and so was Purrely. Dlink didn't need Wyverburster banned. Chaos Ruler was enough of a hit

Banning chaos ruler was enough they just wanted to kill this deck because people weren’t opening the new packs or buying gems. It’s all about sales and Komoney doesn’t care about decks because their connection to the game is money nothing more nothing less 🤦♂️ RIP DLINK 🫡
TBH Dragon Link and Stun were probably the two decks that have been the most complained about for the longest time. Stun/Control players hate DLINK and DLINK/Combo players hate stun

@@MasterDuelCentral completely agree it’s just upsetting that my first deck ever on master duel went from good to great, to unstoppable, to good, then great again and now if you don’t go first or can chain block the deck dies easily.
