Miyaura just looks like a Japanese samurai on the court with his power and physique. He's really very powerful and intimidating in his offense. Hope we'll see more of him in the future!
Miyaura is also good at spiking from the left side. Miyaura isn't tall either, so he and Nishida can divide the physical burden and exhaustion as OP during the tournament. The coach can strategically use the two. This situation is good for Japan.
In a way, that could be that the other teams know of how much of a beast Nishida is and decided ahead of time to put that extra blocking pressure on him, whereas Miyaura is still a fairly fresh face on the international stage. Though after this year, they'll probably give him the same respect that they give Nishida.
@@Vaeltis"NumberWeb" a Japanese website already released an article with interviews of Nishida and Miyaura. Nishida already said he wasn't in his best form and he is on the verge of breaking down that is why he didn't play much in the latter part of VNL 2023. He even said that Miyaura almost played perfectly in VNL that is why he decided to take the rest he needed. With the information you gave, either Nishida is easy to study to get blocked or Ishikawa and Ran was not studied at all by other teams, which is probably impossible, becuase the latter 2's efficiency is still above 50% after the end of VNL 2023.
Kento Miyaura has a powerful left arm, and his spikes are superb. I believe that the Japanese team has two great lefthanded setters, and it's amazing. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
