Ungwan Rimi and barnawa is just like lagos banana island and lekki, that is why prices are high. You can get same type of houses in other places in kaduna for less than 1m and you will enjoy life to the fullest pending when you finally build your own house.

I had part of my formative years in Kaduna at CBN quarters Sultan road, if I can still remember. My parents relocated to Lagos in 1988; after the first religious war. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the harmattan season was my favourite. I attended Awa nursery and primary school while my older siblings were at Command Children School. Will definitely visit again someday just for vacation🤍

I left Kaduna for more than 25 year but i've always know that Ungwan Rimi and Malali are the best parts of Kaduna. Most top politicians, business men, retired Army generals have their houses in Malali. Eg Buhari and co.

This Maimuna ehhhh🤣🤣🤣🤣 Like the agent told me, things are changing with the present economic situation. So, I think that is what’s affecting house rent in Kaduna. He also mentioned something about new policy by the government on rents which is also a factor.
Favor, what motivated you to relocate there despite the fear of insecurity over there. I won't be surprised that KD is safe anyway. It's a nice place. I went to college in Kano, traveled there from the East, and loved it but regret just the religious riots in KN but it was a great place

As an a young Igbo girl and considering the security volatility of the north, don't you think considering the relative comfort of proximity to 'home' that the east offers would be just as good to consider as you look around? Have you taken a peep into Enugu or PH which offer some esthetic housing displays. Just a thought.
Yea, I moved to Kaduna because I got a job here. And so far, I’ve been loving it here. I believe that whoever wants to truly visit home will do, and distance will not be a barrier. But I get your point though 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Seeing Ungwar rimi where I grew up I felt emmotional the place is so developed right now I recognised the market I always followed my Grand mum to go ans buy food , we had a house very close to the popular Poloce station that was later renovated and sold
@@favourskye there are places in lagos that has flats with BQ , i remember my stay in Unilag , a place called Highrise for lecturers , it is about 9 stories , each flats has BQ . I have been to few places where flats has BQ , Bottom line they are scares .
Honestly, Kaduna is a place where you can easily adapt to the environment. There should be more industries that can attract people to migrate. It’s a beautiful place ❤️❤️❤️

I really don't know what you want butthe advantage there is an advantage to the one close to murtala square. It's in the heart of Kaduna and a close proximity to anything you want the down side is the road gets congested when there are occasions at Murtala square

The city has been effectively segregated to Muslim and Christian quarters. It might look beautiful in the surface but a religious or tribal conflict will turn your life upside down. Talking from experience
Kaduna is not in Abuja league, and many cities around the world are not In Abuja's league either. bcos Abuja is competing with Miami, Cape Town, California, Riyahd, Frankfurt etc !! Kaduna is impressive though and i am so happie that along with it, many cities are stepping up their game in the country.... such as Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ilorin, Ibadan, Calabar, Akwa Ibom, Kano etc etc !! What the federal govt. now need to do is concentrate on inter-linking these improvised major cities with modern wide laned superhighways. This will be the icing on the cake that will give the countries physical outlook a major facelift across the board.
