Well not everywhere, because in my class We are 24 people at least 12 people does or have trained handball. I live in Denmark so it is pretty obvious that so many people play, we kinda made the aport

Its actually starting to grow in the U.S which is really exciting as it would bring the sport to new levels, though its also pretty big in Asia and SA :p

This sport looks super exciting, but it almost appears impossible to prevent the other team from scoring unless the goalkeeper gets luck and sticks a limb out at the right time.
Definetly not, in a game theres usually around 100 shots total (total from both teams) tho only around an average of 60 goals scored ber game (again in total). That means goalkeepers save on average 40 of those shots, some of them are insane saves. If you wanna see something amazing look up the swedish goalkeeper Andreas Palicka and some of his saves. Its just pure skill and reading certain habits and movements from the player shooting, what angle theyre coming from etc. :)

i remember represent my school on this sport albeit not knowing it well. one day my football coach said i need you to play handball we are short in players and we reach semifinals lol
I just learned this was a sport. I learned about it from women’s beach handball. People were talking mad shit about the females saying that wasn’t real handball. I’m here now and to be honest I’d rather watch that. Is this supposed to be like hockey? Also go check out ladies handball. It needs more attention. In these tough times that is what we truly need on the tv.
