    Great knowledge on these, will definitely be sending my one off to you once my restoration starts 👍🏼

    Interesting to see. My 83 Rabbit GTI 16v used the original cis-lambda fuel distributor,with a modified CPR, and wideband controlled frequency valve for full throttle.

      Nice, there's so many ways to adapt the systems to make them work even better

    Great video. Im doing research for my friend in Japan who's having issues where he's got 5.3 bars of pressure to the block, but no fuel is going to the injectors. So im trying to see how it all works so i can help him out

    Interesting as the K are on many iconic cars

    I have a question ,when starting the car and engine is in idle does the inyectors are fed with lower chamber fuel only? And then when we accelerate fuel from the lower and upper chamber deliver more fuel pressure to the inyectors? Best regards.

    • @GreyGooseRestorations

      Hi, no the upper and lower chambers are just there to hold an equilibrium between fuel output which is then adjusted with KE with the DPR

    Thanks for all your knowledge. I have a question my ke jetronic system pressure is set at 5.5 bar. As i do system pressure and control pressure as you have shown in your video prevoisly tap open and closed same reading 5.5 bar. I did unplug the eha and adjusted it in and out pressures stay the same? Car is running very rich while driving afr 10 to 9 at the moment when accelerating.

    • @GreyGooseRestorations

      Thanks, if there both 5.5 bar then potentially the EHA is stuck preventing any differential pressure which will cause poor running

    • @kobusstrydom5166

      Darn i also had same idea. I have two eha units but both do the same

    Hi. Have tvr 2.8i which have had real trouble sorting tuning. Have just taken cold start to pieces and cleaned it. Car 75% better. Still misfiring on hard press of excelerator. Can't tell if it's too weak or too richif you richrn mixture it hunts.
    Any idea. Julian

      Could be an air leak or the CO mixture and or air flap isn't set right
      What is your engine CO% when warm

      @@GreyGooseRestorations don't have co meter. Will look into it. Also should fuel pump run as soon as key turned on or just when flap lifts. Cheers

      With ignition switched on it should prime for a few seconds then switch off

      @@GreyGooseRestorations so what controls that. The thermo sensor ?

    • @GreyGooseRestorations

      The fuel pump relay should be letting the system prime or run as soon as the ignition is switched on, either or it'll be the relay

    Sir how can the air plate go up and the air direction is going down?

    • @GreyGooseRestorations

      The air flow is flowing up so the air filter sits below the silver air mete

      @@GreyGooseRestorations sir is that setup on all cars using this system? I see Mercedes guys pushing down on the plate when they set the mixture. I ask because have the same system on a bentley and trying to understand it. Checked the manual and some other TH-cam videos. Except this part of how the plate goes up. Thank you.

    • @GreyGooseRestorations

      @RoveFans this type is different, the Mercedes-Benz type plates push down with air flow down as do some porsche units
