Nuclear power plants generate electricity through a process called nuclear fission. Here's a simplified explanation of how they work:
1. Fuel: The power plant uses a specific type of radioactive material, usually uranium-235 or plutonium-239, as fuel. These materials are rich in atomic nuclei that can be split apart.
2. Fission: Inside the nuclear reactor, a controlled chain reaction occurs. When a neutron strikes the nucleus of a fuel atom, it causes the atom to split into two smaller atoms, releasing a significant amount of energy and additional neutrons.
3. Control rods: Control rods made of materials like boron or cadmium are inserted into the reactor to absorb excess neutrons, regulating the rate of the chain reaction and preventing it from becoming uncontrollable.
4. Heat generation: As the fuel atoms split, a large amount of heat is generated. This heat is used to convert water into steam.
5. Steam turbines: The steam produced from the reactor's heat turns a turbine, which is connected to a generator. The turbine's rotating motion generates electricity in the generator.
6. Cooling system: The steam is then condensed back into water using a cooling system, usually involving a nearby water source such as a river or an artificial cooling tower.
7. Power distribution: The generated electricity is sent to transformers, which increase the voltage for efficient transmission over power lines. The electricity is then distributed to homes, businesses, and industries.
It's important to note that nuclear power plants require strict safety measures, including containment structures, multiple backup systems, and highly trained personnel, to ensure the safe operation and handling of radioactive materials.

Colling tower me light jalane ke liye apne jo battery lagi thi use kya kehte hai?
Usme 3 button cell lage hai (watch wala cell) , aap 2AA battery bhi use Kar sakte ho tower ke andar place kar dena , (2 colour wala LED use Kar Lena )
