You can go for food and nutrition rather than food technology. And you can go for sports nutrition with that too. However, in case you change your decision, then a B.Tech degree will provide more flexibility in terms of career.

Sir now I will be in the final year of bsc microbiology and i want to pursue msc food tech in future but because of pandemic I have attended lab only in 1st yr and I lack lab skills I thought I will do internship and can learn some skills but then India hit 2nd wave of corona and we are still in major issues I don't know what I will do no with a degree but no skills I feel anxious in this time of pandemic. Pandemic took the opportunity for students. Can you please suggest something regarding this.
Sir I'm persuing B.voc food processing and management (3 year programme) it's a vocational course and currently I am in last semester, subjects that I've read in this course are same as that are taught in food technology course but opportunities and jobs are not same and I'm very worried about it.
