Andreas Neophytou - It does! That was one of the things I was wondering myself. As long as your room temp is below 20, or 20, it will maintain the water temp. No problem!
Hi i reseve yestarday the Anova , thank you , i tested it with a bowl of about 11 litters water and in this amound of water i place a plastic pot of 1 litter of water to bring it at 38 celsius , tha Anova got the bowl water temperature at 38 celsius , acording anova termometer very fast thats very nice , ive notice that acording my termometer the bowl water 11 litters was 1 deegre more , 39 cellius , ok maby this is my termometer problem and its ok , i can test it anf fined out witch one is right , no problem , now , the 1 litter plastic pot inside the 11 litters water get at 38 celisius acording my termometer after about 1 and half hour and never gets at 39 celsius as the 11litters bawl water , than i put in the bawl water a plastic cup with 300ml water it comes at 38 acording my termometer very fast but never get 39 as the bawl temperatur
