You should do something like Volcanicus so something that are kind of like Grimlock, Sludge, Swoop, Snarl and Slug (Dinobots combiner from Transformers)

I am sorry. There is not perfectly good LEGO set for this. Anyway you need lots of 4733 and 61252 for this. And you can get 4733 and 61252 pieces from these. Green 4733 - 18 in 4000013 (2013 Employee Exclusive: A LEGO Christmas Tale) Light bluish gray 61252 - 24 in 70614 (Lightning Jet)
