His playing is so great!!! I love his sound, expression, and his soul. We can feel a person has a soul or not by his/her playing. Great piece played by a great person!!!

Once again, this is a tender/intimate interpretation of this Rachmaninoff Prelude by the musical genius, Emile Naoumoff. Emile shares with the world his extraordinary gifted insight. It is a privilege to listen to him!

One of the great lyrical interpreters of our time. Not a trace of the hard bright bombastic exhibitionism and slickness we have come to expect from pianists today thanks to the Competition Mentality in him at all -- just complete devotion to the essence of the music he plays. A wonderful artist!

Beautifully controlled! This Prelude is very difficult to express lyrically, but he did an amazing job! :)

I've been playing this Prelude for years and never gave thought to how difficult it is to play lyrically...excellent point! I'll think about that when I play it next time.

ahh, yes, nice fix:) at 1:50 & a few other places. I don't care 'cause he keeps the music & line moving - this piece is one of my favs to play

He looks like he is about to fall off of the bench.

Hey, organman52, I wonder why you’re thinking about his mouth? What a shame and shame on you for your petty criticism.
Emile is one of the nicest, most modest and self-effacing people you’ll ever know. You sound jealous.

Because when you play piano you have to concentrate very deeply, in a way you have to let yourself get carried away by the music. almost all pianists have something they unconsciously do when they concentrate, but noone really focuses on facial expressions when such beautiful masterpiece is carried out...except you i guess.

J aime Naoumoff mais là prise de son ( ou salle de concert) déplorable . J'ai une captation de NAOUMOFF au théâtre des champs Élysée d un autre niveau

Why is his mouth open the whole time? I think he is extremely impressed with himself - that was true when he was a child as well. I know - I knew him them.
