Pile 2 for me this was my recent past, I left this job April 30 this year . I am now retired and just waiting for my retirement benefits. She got a promotion last December and still was my boss until another Supervisor came around February - March. I was once told that my ex supervisor could be dealing with negative energy magic if she is still trying to harm me. She is younger than me could be my daughter in age and is narcissistic. Pile 2 resonated so much. Im moms caregiver. Shes narcisstic, toxic, and abusive to me only. Feel stuck and stagnant for 4 decades. My sisters and mom blame me for everything and like u said its affecting my health. I haven't been able to get a paid job for a while now. As u said, im going to watch Pile 1 as well. Thanks so much.
