Beautifully made corset! I so appreciate watching you steam the cups you made into a rounded shape. I have never seen the pressing form until I started watching your channel. My husband will make a pressing form for me as soon as the wooden ball shape arrives. Would you please share what the covering is made of? I watch this video twice to be sure I grasped your pressing technique. I also love that you lined the cups. Thank you so much for sharing your bountiful knowledge.

I can suggest You better buy not wool but special cover material like for ironing board, you can find on Amazon sure.
Oh, yes you are right, exactly basting stitch shows experience in luxury segment custom made clothes.

Ciao ela, non riesco a capire come cuci la parte sopra della coppa, è divisa in due, fai vedere che la fascia sopra la tieni ferma con gli spilli poi cuci a mano la fodera nera con il sottopunto...li vorrei capire se prima li tieni fermi con gli spilli, cuci a macchina e poi dopo metti sopra la fodera nera e cuci a mano? 1- it’s elastic fabric polyester (I used it for get perfect color) yes I iron it
2- lace fabric is not stretch, it’s strong material, how I made perfect shape it’s my secret about working with lace- you can follow this process in my new video here th-cam.com/video/Dph0sKwvq2s/w-d-xo.html
3- if you don’t have machine with zigzag- make imitation zigzag by hand-stitching
