Physics is the same for everyone, there is nothing special to see here.
Funktion One is the shittest PA brand available. Any sound engineer that knows what they're doing immediately gets depressed when they find out they will be having to use it.

@@faraonch I never said anything about power. I'm far more interested in audio quality and accurate reproduction of the source material. Function One makes anything played through it sound like utter shit.

Funktion one has been the best sound experience I have ever heard . Must be deployed and engineered correctly.
Great quality video, showing a great quality product. This all just radiates expertise and a deep love of the craft.
The underground club in London, is Fold been there two weeks ago and the speakers are very refined. Does not tire the ears.

i believe he was speaking in the context of a theatre in which, due to acoustics, it can be difficult to amplify all the instruments without creating blurry images.
to have Evo X in a theatre would be ridiculously detailed and powerful sound reinforcement!

Acoustics in the theatre is often more important than the speakers themselves!
Funktion One's are still the nicest speakers I've heard, and I had the pleasure to play on a set only one time. Epic speakers, heard of them from Burning Man )'(
This is so efficient by sound stereo image and space consumed in real studio
I would like to know if it's the same model they've installed at Open Ground, Wuppertal. They have a Funktion One installation that works miracles ! You can spend an entire night next to them and leave the venue without tinnitus... I've never experienced anything like that !

i use the sh version with 2 x Br115 and 2 x br 118 a side a small pole is used to mount them

No. The Turbosound Aspect range was jointly designed by Lawrence Dickie, Jon Crawley and Danny Cooklin. Danny and Lawrence now work on two companies - Vivid Audio and Blast.
Furthermore, Tony Andrews originally founded Turbosound and designed the Flashlight and Floodlight ranges before the company was sold. He then set up Funktion One.
Also, the Aspect range has the unique dendritic horn design for the mids, which are still one of the best point source innovations to this day.

Just something else. L Acoustics or d&b are highest quality made for the road, programmability and flexibility. Evo X speakers just sound amanzingly real and down to earth. I would love to have them in my Studio as my mains.
