Mods are difficult to run on Android 11 and android 12. My cp has an octa core with 4 gig ram. Mods ran best on Android 10. You might find what you are looking for from veteran modders. Best of luck!😁

They really untunable but there's still a cars that can be tuned, it's according to the authors. Find the list of tunable cars & available paintjobs of cars on the readme file.

Since the handling are a little bit adjusted, it's not recommended on missions. And also, there's no errors on those vehicles you said, it was already fixed.

Yes, you can and here's the tip. When every cache gets 2GB above, it automatically corrupted so you can also import it to txd.txt and still import only the paintjob textures into gta3.txt to avoid corruption. :) Edit: Uncompress is much better quality but more space to use.

Another error that I found is that when I open the Cleo menu it appears empty, this happened to me sometimes but it is annoying.

It was tested on PC & Mobile, there's no crashes at all. Maybe, it's from the other mods you've installed.

Disable the RLE compression in the settings of your TXD Tool then reimport all the textures again to apply that fix

Yep, because it's unsupported. The paintjobs are adapted to VehFuncs, so mobile doesn't support VehFuncs :/
