As per me these both Questions are Complement to each other . So why final state and non-final states not be interchange.
2nd doubt-
why apsilon 'e' is not taken in the language in 1st Question.

sir one doubt...in frst case...is it not possible to go back to q1 from q3(final statr) with the input a.
sir why we have not used another new state for temporary state after the final state q2 if a comes and similar anlogus for state q4

sir, in start and end with same symbol, we can also take epsilon as input, thus, first state can also be a final state.
