Jian, you provide me with a very valuable tool in fpl. You allow me to be much more confident in making my decisions. There are many times when I like a particular player or transfer, but am unsure wether to go for them, and your analysis validates my initial instinct. I was thinking about transitioning from wood this week for example, and this video has me much more comfortable potentially doing that.
Currently watching, but just wanted to say thank you for your consistent output of videos this season, they've been absolutely fantastic. Your video quality have significantly improved too - can see the time & effort you're putting into it, just wanted to say it's not gone unnoticed. Nice one Jian!
Thanks for the vid ! If you were to get rid of Haaland in this GW, would you rather go Jackson or Isak? I have Jackson in mind because of the fixtures and the extra money saving (the other forwards are Cunha and Raul and I plan to do Raul -> JPedro next GW)
Amazing content Jian, your efforts do not go unnoticed! Would you recommend Cunha and Mbeumo (moves to Bowen in GW14), Havertz and ESR (who would rotate with Rogers and João Pedro until GW18) and 1 FT, or Isak and ESR? Thanks!
Really good team but I query the value of a premium defender as there are enough budget options to just target fixtures. I’d prefer to have a Kerkez or RAN over Gabriel and invest the additional 1.5m into the front eight. the GK and defensive category has sub-£5m assets that can return unlike in mid and attack.
I understand your perspective, I’ll think about it. But, wouldn’t let Gabriel’s recent returns shift the narrative too much. He’s still probably the best DEF in the game.
Thanks for the great vid. Would appreciate your thoughts on who you'd prefer: A) Mbeumo + Jackson (or Havertz but prefer Jackson for the reasons you mention) B) Saka + João Pedro

Arsenal fan here. Last season Saka was great. Then teams doubled up on him and stopped him. After a few games, he/Arteta figured out how to beat the double marking and get him hauling again. This season the double marking has come back, but with the necessary tweaks made to ensure Saka isn't hauling/circumventing it. Can Saka adapt to the adapted doubling up v.O.2? For me, for these reasons, he's a sell. I figure that him occupying two defenders creates space and overloads for other gunners to exploit (probably Oodegaad) with assists and goals. Could Saka effectively just be the pre-assister?
I completely understand your logic here. There’s a few things which make me fine with having Saka, BUT I do see your perspective: 1. Quality - As we saw with Cunha’s goal, if there is enough quality present, even with far from optimal conditions, he can still generate points resultant of how good he is. 2. Avenues to points - Penalties, set pieces, open play goal threat (has a variety of finishes, from a variety of “realistic” angles, and great ball striking), and open play assist threat (crosses from deeper areas, crosses from the bar line, small space combinations, moments of magic). 3. I don’t have anywhere else I’d rather spend the money, so I deem it to be an efficient allocation of funds. 4. Just on the Mbuemo conversation, one thing to note is that Igor Thiago is back in training. Now he might not start Everton but I think he’ll start Leicester. How does that impact Mbuemo? Wissa isn’t getting dropped or played wide to accommodate the new signing. Igor Thiago is an out and out No.9. Will Brentford switch to a 2 up top back 5 like we’ve seen them do away from home with Mbuemo playing as a RWB..? One to ponder mate
I don't think Igor Thomas plays against either of those teams. Rico Henry who had a early recovery timeline hasn't featured yet. I think Igor Thomas probably gets eased in and gets his first start mid to late December.
@@martinabdou6280 I think Rico’s injury was much worse so he would have a longer integration program. I know Igor played in a behind closed doors friendly recently so if his fitness continues to progress he could start a league game in the next few weeks. Not 90 mins obviously but a solid build up of minutes could be on the cards before December

I dont know 😅😅 abt this team . Lets see time will tell if its a good choice . Goodluck 🙏
You too my friend🙌
Semenyo and Rogers have close to 50pts and are 2/2.5m cheaper than Bowen.
Not soured about Jackson yellow card and minutes/rotation risk?
Minutes should be fine, Nkunku at 9 doesn’t really work too well, and there’s a lot of upside.
YC - I have the depth.
I’m 21k and thinking of first -4 of season. Trent and Solanke to Gabriel and Isak. Thought?
Gr8
Congratulations on your brilliant rank!
I probably wouldn’t for a hit this week if Trent is fit.
Solanke to Jackson would suffice
@ 👍👍
I have Jackson already in place though. I might just give Solanke some more time
Great stream well done I have garnacho would you do Watkins to jao Pedro and semenyo to fernandes i got 0.1 in bank 2 free transfers what would do with this team raya, saliba, gvardol, mazraoui, palmer , mbeumo, garnacho, semenyo, haaland, Watkins, cunha ,subs fabianski, Matheus nunes, Collins, greaves
Thank you Eddie!
Haaland & Garnacho to Jackson & Salah
Just on the Mbuemo conversation, one thing to note is that Igor Thiago is back in training.
Now he might not start Everton but I think he’ll start Leicester. How does that impact Mbuemo?
Wissa isn’t getting dropped or played wide to accommodate the new signing. Igor Thiago is an out and out No.9.
Will Brentford switch to a 2 up top back 5 like we’ve seen them do away from home with Mbuemo playing as a RWB..? One to ponder mate
I didn’t consider this so thank you, I shall indeed ponder that.
@@marcoj85 Frank said he expects Henry to be fit to feature in a game next week. Don't know if that's closed doors or competitive
KONSA AGAINST BRENTFORD IN GW 14??????
He’s at home, and it’s just one fixture over six weeks bro.
kudus no?
Prefer security of Bowen
@@FPLJianBatra kudus/mbeumo rotation, then kudus comes in for rogers - is this rotation good?
$
dont really get jimenez, high xg and probably nailed. Just like Jao Pedro
Good fixtures don’t last as long, and Muniz probably has a start in him.
Hala Madrid Jian😌🤍⚽️
Haha, I’m not a Madrid fan, but I like the jersey.
bro i think you shouldn't put your jersey in a dryer lol
I only found this out recently, but you’re right.
Appreciate you letting me know man.
