I was tempted to buy the new Motörhead tank, but I think k I'll go for this instead. Looks like a very fun tank and I have in the last year or two really started to learn to play and enjoy Soviet style mediums
Thunderchief seems like an ammo rack nightmare. To the point where it’ll probably make you rage. You’re better off grinding out a similar TT heavy. So by default go with TO-55. Clone guy has a funny video of him using the Thunderchief that highlights the issue if you’re curious. On that note they’ll probably buff it at some point
I also would recommend the TO-55 as it seems you might be able to make some money with it. Also 2000 gold cheaper and you might get some T6 - T8 matches more frequently than playing T9 - T10 matches most of the time getting one shot by a Taran or AVRE. So T8 Tanks for me are currently to be prefered.

Thunderchief is medocre. Senjustu is literally the T-54 at tier 8 with a flame thrower.
