All waterslides at Soaky Mountain waterpark - Pigeon Forge Tennessee (GoPro POV)

- This is all waterslides at Soaky mountain! This park is one of my personal favs I’ve been to bc of its awesome slides to ride. From the insane double halfpipe, to the new “the edge” slide, the fast body slides, and more, this park has to be one of the best in the United States! Also, close to this waterpark is the Wilderness resort and waterpark which is where we stayed at for the trip. Slides that park will be posted soon.
This video was recorded in August of 2023, but I waited until pool season started to post this, so I hope you enjoy this video, and have a great summer!

I’m going here this weekend I’m watching on june 25 I’m excited to ride the rides but I’m not sure if I can face my fear of the water coaster I want to but am nervous so I’m watching videos to prepare myself
Tbh, the worst thing about water coasters is the constant water in your face. But still, that water coaster is INTENSE. Especially since the ending is a halfpipe right when you think it’s over. Still, goodluck!

BEST WATERPARK IN TENNESSEE i live like 5 mins away i have season passes it is so fun by the way it isnt in pigeon forge it is in sevierville

Yes they do! I was able to film the slides without asking except for the mat slide, drop slide, and trapdoor slide.

Do you know how strict they are with their no outside food rule? Can I get away with bringing some snacks? 😅
@@leevue1920I don’t know how strict they are with that since I didn’t sneak any snacks with me. But it seems they only allow refillable water bottles so you should probably just bring that.
@@leevue1920 and also something like chips probably wouldn’t get you in trouble, but I have no idea

It’s a better name and I didn’t want to keep the name grassland splash, it might come back in the future as I get better at waterparks but I’m just gonna have it cowabunga island as for right now.
I assume though you use a gopro hero 5 or6 to record?

@@SlidinLoopwell, on my GoPro, I have 4k, and 60 fps which is most likely why it films in hd. It could also be the editing software maybe? I use CapCut and before I export the video I make sure 60 fps and sometimes 4k quality is on. (Usually in irl videos like this one) it’s kinda difficult to explain through text but I hope you understand!
@@WolfIsVeryEpic No I understand but I dont really use capcut for youtube I more likely use filmora cause the only time im gonna use capcut is for tik tok

Did you just get permission on all the slides or did they just not care?
On most of the slides I went in without the need to ask, but the trapdoor slide, the drop slide, and the mat slide I had to get permission from the staff.
@@WolfIsVeryEpic Makes sense I mean I tried the trapdoor slides at aquatica Orlando(2023) and they didn’t allow it due to “no loose articles” but other waterparks iv’e been to dont mind much
@@SlidinLoop So aquatica doesn’t allow that? I happen to be going there in July. I’ll try to get it figured out when we get there but dang.

@@WolfIsVeryEpic Besides I have been on the trapdoor slide at Zehnders splash village and I just did it with no permission needed
