I would love to get the Warren Omission by Mr. Brown. Is there any way to contact him in order to get a copy at a decent price?

Yep Len I would ask jurors, what lesser, weaker evidence has been brought in any case, even Dreyfuss, or Hauptmann, or Sam Shepherd, Albert diSalvo, if not Ruby, Ray, & Sirhan - the first 4 now recognized as legendary wrongful convictions? Sometimes, with confessions, also coerced and false?
And of course here from LHO we have a robust denial - by a defendant who at that point does know his paraffin test result must be negative for rifle fire, that the gun in the workplace can have none of his fingerprints. But who hasn't been told by police their tests are going to back that up.
Let alone: a nut would want his prints and paraffin result to prove his mighty blow for Cuba (even though only JFK offered Cuba fair play - in fact had brokered, hands off, secretly in October 62 - to get the deal that saved our city Halifax NS from incineration.)
The suspect might boast, go ahead, see from my prints that a single freedom fighter can get the job done.
I would mention that this county DA had a railroad in place with which to convict lowly members of Dallas society falsely - he went on to set a record for wrong convictions, including for murder, among all county DAs i the US, and there are 4,000 counties, about 80 per state.

check Dr Burkley's hostile & weird interview in fall of '64 after WC is issued - he won't comment on motorcade events and his opinion of them - odd - and takes pains to say JFK did not make him feel welcome at WH when he Burkley was appointed
