I have been tempted to buy something for a girl every time I am at TJ max but have a 6 year old boy and hope this one is a girl💕 My mom and my sister in law (who is done having kids and had 2 boys) both of them bought a girl outfit a looong time ago and they both told me they are hoping for a girl so they can give those to me. So special!
How far along are you?
@@katrajernejc4987 11 weeks. We won't find out the gender until the 20 week scan. I could pay to find out sooner but money is tight right now.
@@0Alwina0 im 10 weeks and a half so we are close 😍 im gonna find out cuz im doing some other tests and the gender comes along. My mom is worried for her first grandbaby and begged me to make sure everything is ok, and i agreed 😊
I save money for thing just like that, so its ok for me to do it. But i understand you, if money is tight thats the last thing you wanna spend it on hahaha. You will find out soon.
You can maybe see at 16 weeks so ask them if they see it. My bestie went for a check up at 12 and they saw that lil pocket or something that turns later, and said what it looks to be but its only 60 or 70%. So you just might find out sooner
@@katrajernejc4987 we are super close then. My due date is August 23rd. Yes, grandparents get so worried and take any info or pic they can get. It's nice that they get so excited too. Especially with the first, it's diffrent to when they had kids grandchildren are another ballgame. They let grandchildren get away with things they never let you get away with 🤭 I remember putting my son pretty swift into the carseat and my dad was concerned I didn't do it carful enough 😂 I am just thinking I put him in and out of that seat what feels like a dozen times a day but ok🤣 and then watch him do it next time like baby was some fragile egg about to crack😅🤭
I am likely going to have a few extra ultrasounds to make sure my placenta is fully attached and stays that way because it started to slightly detach with my last which put me on bedrest from 20 weeks onward and then caused early labour at 29+2. So I hope one of those extra scans can reveal something early🤭 Oh man we always had money put aside and extra savings but last year our car broke down when prices for cars were terrible and there everything went for a decent car🤷🏼♀️ seems to be a theme for me. When we spend our our emergency fund is when I actually get pregnant 😅 oh well we will build that up again. I should mention I live in Canada and don't have to pay for the medically necessary scans so that's nice.

My girl is 5 months today and I loved the ribbed blue onesie with the flowers, it was my favorite. She had it in newborn and 3-6 and I wish I had picked it up in every size. So comfortable

@erikamoulton I don't usually comment, but 5 minutes in I feel compelled to say the vibes in this video are everything I needed this morning. This is me showing my husband everything i want to buy our little girl. I'm also imagining your little girl watching this as a teen and how she will feel seeing her mom being so thrilled to meet her. On that dark day where she wonders if she matters, if she ever mattered she will have proof like this that she was always loved, even before you met her. What a gift.
