Till 4months ago I used to be athiest
But I was interested in reading books
Then on my bday my friend gifted me geeta
Which I started reading and I fell in love with krishna
In my childhood, my grandfather used to say the bhagvath mahapuran in his office to his friends and colleagues and I used to listen like every person in the book used to praise krishna , sri hari etc
And I used to think how insecure is lord krishna that he makes everyone praise him .
After reading geeta during the search for some of the meaning of some slokas I got this swami who changed my view on God.
He helped me in falling in love with god
Now I started believing in God fully and trying to perform karm yog....

Jagadguru Shankaracharya has defined faith as follows:
guru vedānta vākyeṣhu dṛiḍho viśhvāsaḥ śhraddhā
“Faith means firm confidence in the words of the Guru and the scriptures.” When such faith is placed upon a wrong personality, it can lead to disastrous consequences. But when it is placed on the true Guru, it opens the pathway for eternal welfare.
However, blind faith is not a desirable thing. Before placing it on any Guru, we must use our intellect to confirm that the Guru has realized the Absolute Truth, and he is teaching it in accordance with the eternal Vedic scriptures. Once this is confirmed, then we should strive to deepen our faith in such a Guru, and surrender to God under his guidance.

Nice explanation. Science is limited to what it can see and measure, but God is beyond all that.He is infinite and manages everything, both seen and unseen. Science can't prove God's existence because God is beyond its reach. Understanding God comes through faith and personal spiritual experience, not through scientific methods

The existence of God is a ' faith ' ; the degree of faith , and absolutely no faith is purely subjective . The believers in God try to please Him by adopting a disciplined , pious life . Whether or not any other good thing occurs , faith in God contributes to peaceful living of mankind to some extent .
We have to understand the difference in blind faith and true faith... That is critical. 🙏

But when you bring in the material science, you walk on thin ice. There you surprisingly move on the realm of blind faith, mainly so far as viruses are concerned...
