As a mother with two kids under the age is 4 and working a full time job, it can become stressful but I found that me taking a deep breath and stepping away for a little actually helps me relax.

ever since i read Orbiting Jupiter (really sad but REALLY good), i think i’ve also been looking for a simple life. their routine and your routine has just proved to me that having a routine is a productive way of bringing simplicity into your life, away from technology sometimes and negativity.
