So, when all those people die from car accidents, plane crashes, gun shots, unnecessary wars, etc., it was good for them. Since I have listened to the Buddhas attitude towards life it has made me less depressed and I've stopped questioning life's unpredictability, I am more accept to 'what is' and alot more happier.

*Incredibly powerful video! There are not words to express!!* Reminds me of the story about a farmer whose horse ran away, and his neighbor mentioned to him about having some bad luck. The farmer said he did not believe in bad luck or good luck. They went on and 3 weeks pass, and the farmer's horse returned with 20 more horses, true wild stallions. His neighbor was excited to tell him of his good luck, but again the farmer mentioned he didn't have time for good luck or bad luck. They go on with the farmer's son breaking in many of the new stallions successfully and was unfortunately thrown off of one of them, breaking his leg in the process. Of course naturally the neighbor voiced that the new livestock might have some bad luck with it. Without hesitation, the farmer voiced in full confidence that he sees no bad luck or good luck, instead that everything actually happens by the good and love of our God the Creator, even with his son's leg totally damaged in a state that would take many months to heal. 3 months pass with the farmer's son walking around with a cane still. There was a gang of criminals traveling through towns, stealing young men to recruit for their gang. They came upon the farmers town where his son was the only correct aged male they were looking for. But since his son had a broken leg, the farmer was able to keep his son that day. After that, the neighbor said he wasn't sure about luck anymore either, but he never forgets that everything happens by the love of our God the Creator.
Take life seriously, but not too seriously. We tend to fixate on the bad things but it is also important to recognize our blessings. We take so much for granted. Be blessed!

This also confirmed a belief I’ve had that is similar. My life was really off the rails many years ago, because of my life choices I was sent to jail for several years. At first I was angry and spiteful that this had happened. After a year or so I began reading many books. And I started to see that I was trapped in my own mind. I changed my way of thinking and the way I lived my life. I’m happy to say that I am now happier, healthier and much more grounded in my life. I am so far removed from the person I once was and for that I I can say whatever happened happened for good. 😀
I found this wisdom many years ago. A few days ago, one of my most beloved cats disappeared. He is 10 years old and never left my yard. He was always at the door when I opened it in the morning. I live in a rural area and this has happened to several cats over the years. They were always sweet, good natured cats who never left the yard. When I listened to this video this morning, I realized I had forgotten this Truth that Whatever Happens, Happens for good. In my grief, I could not see why this happened. Now, I am re-awakened to this Truth. I still feel grief, but I know Whatever Happens, Happens for Good.

This also confirmed a belief I’ve had that is similar. My life was really off the rails many years ago, because of my life choices I was sent to jail for several years. At first I was angry and spiteful that this had happened.
After a year or so I began reading many books. And I started to see that I was trapped in my own mind.
I changed my way of thinking and the way I lived my life. I’m happy to say that I am now happier, healthier and much more grounded in my life. I am so far removed from the person I once was and for that I I can say whatever happened happened for good.

I found this wisdom many years ago. A few days ago, one of my most beloved cats disappeared. He is 10 years old and never left my yard. He was always at the door when I opened it in the morning. I live in a rural area and this has happened to several cats over the years. They were always sweet, good natured cats who never left the yard. When I listened to this video this morning, I realized I had forgotten this Truth that Whatever Happens, Happens for good. In my grief, I could not see why this happened. Now, I am re-awakened to this Truth. I still feel grief, but I know Whatever Happens, Happens for Good.
